How to use Agrilineproducts.com
 
  1. Select your tractor model from the list on the left hand side of the home page.

  2. Once you have opened the page wait approximately 30 seconds for all the information to appear on your screen.

  3. Once you have found the item that you require click the “add to cart button”.

  4. You can then continue to shop for other items or go to check out.

  5. At the check out follow the instructions and enter all your information. We accept Visa and Master Card for online purchase.

  6. If you wish to pay by Maestro or Solo, then please select the 'Order by Check/ Money Order through Postal Mail' form. This will send us your order and delivery details. You can then call our office, leave your payment details and we will match them together. See picture below.
 
7. If you wish to pay by cheque then please call our office to confirm the postage amount before sending the order form.

8. Our website is secure (our shopping cart service holds a Verisign Certificate); we do not keep your card details on file and will not pass on or sell your personal details to any other company. Full details of our privacy policy can be viewed here.
What Happens Then?

Your order is then sent through to us where we enter it on our system. We calculate and add the postage charge to ensure the amount you are charged is fair, please see our shipping guideline for further details. Click here to view shipping details.

If all your items are in stock, we will ship your order immediatly. If any item has to be ordered in and we feel the time scale may cause inconvenience, we will contact you.

What if something goes wrong?

Unfortunatly, we don't live in a perfect world and, very occasionally, there may be a problem. In the unlikely event a problem should arise, we take care of everything; if the carriers damage an item or an unsuitable part arrives, we will collect and replace right away. We are proud of our customer service standards and it is always our highest priority.
