Dynamo Models 2000, 2600, 3000, 3600, 4000, 5000

This 12V 22 amp dynamo is a direct replacement for the Original Lucas 22756 dynamo, these dynamos come with the tacho drive mounted on the back, the fan and pulley will need to be removed of the old dynamo.

With these dynamos being the open type that are prone to allowing moisture in which over time causes the dynamo to not be as efficient and eventually fail. This particular dynamo is designed to be fitted with a fan on the front to allow for cooling allowing the dynamo to work at its maximum capacity. Quiet often the tacho cable ends can ware causing it too slip in the drive unit, Tach cable part number is AGR 5273.

The dynamo will require being polarised once fitted, the dynamo needs polarizing to ensure it matches the polarity of the control box, if this isn’t done then the dynamo wont work.
